Reconciliation Analyst II

Caprock is privately owned with locations in San Jose, New York, Seattle, Newport Beach, Park City, and Boise.


In this role, you will be a key contributor to the team that aggregates and reconciles client account data across thousands of investments, including:

  • Updating custodial and alternative asset account values;
  • Calculating and verifying account performance metrics;
  • Establishing and/or maintaining automated data feeds;
  • Providing data to enable monthly client billing.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • 2+ years’ relevant work experience;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills: you take pride in getting it right and you have a knack for doing detail-oriented work;
  • Demonstrated aptitude with Microsoft Excel: you might not be an Excel guru, but you must have experience using it….and using Excel shouldn’t be something that makes you unhappy;
  • Able to solve problems: when confronted with an unfamiliar task you tend to figure things out quickly…but you also have a good sense for when it’s time to ask for help;
  • Able to work in a team environment and prioritize competing tasks: you are good at managing your own time and juggling multiple tasks and deadlines. You own your work, but also thrive in a collaborative environment;
  • Natural ability to stay interested and engaged in a data-intensive, process-oriented environment: you enjoy working with data and appreciate having monthly and quarterly recurring tasks.
