Data Reconciliation Analyst

As a Data Reconciliation Analyst, your role will be crucial in ensuring seamless aggregation and reconciliation of client account data across a vast array of investments. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our client teams and ensuring the smooth operations of the firm.


In this role, you will be a key contributor to the team that aggregates and reconciles client account data across thousands of investments, including:

  • Updating custodial and alternative asset account values
  • Calculating and verifying account performance metrics
  • Establishing and maintaining automated data feeds
  • Providing data to enable monthly client billing
  • Collaborating with Client Advisors and Fund Managers to investigate any account discrepancies

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or other related field required
  • 2+ years relevant work experience
  • High attention to detail as this role handles precise handling of data
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, with a focus on Excel
  • Strong time management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay engaged when working with data and reoccurring tasks
