Favorite quote: “The more I learn, the more I realize how much I don’t know.” – Albert Einstein

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? I wanted to be a pilot for much of my childhood. Even though that never happened, I do love to travel. One of my favorite things to do when visiting a new country is to take a cooking class.

What is something on your bucket list? I hope to visit every National Park in my lifetime, and as of today I am a quarter of the way there! Highlights include snowmobiling through Yellowstone and running to the top of Half Dome in Yosemite.

What is a saying that you live by? “It’s not the destination, it’s the journey.”
