My favorite thing about my career is.. Getting to know people and understanding their needs and opportunities. I am an out-of-the-box thinker and love to solve problems. The media landscape has changed so much over the last decade and consumers have more access than ever to products and services that meet their needs. As a marketer, I love finding new ways to introduce our company and people to those who may not  know we exist. The core aspect of marketing is communications and making introductions that result in quality relationships. This is why I get up each day!

Something I would like to learn is…. I love learning about different cultures and beliefs. I would love to learn additional languages so that I could spend more time exploring and learning through authentic conversations.

When I’m not at work, you might find me… not likely at home. I am so blessed to live in the Boise area with a plethora of activities at my doorstep. My family and I enjoy a variety of outdoor activities including hiking, running, skiing, golfing, pickleball, rafting, fishing, biking, and watching the most amazing sunsets with our friends in the mountains. Depending on the year and season, you may find me running in the surrounding foothills training for an ultra trail race.

Jennifer Couch is a growth-driven, innovative thought leader with 20+ years of marketing management, communications, and new business development experience. In her role as Director of Marketing for Caprock, she is focused on raising awareness of the company’s customized wealth management services and connecting clients with an advisory team that positions them for continued financial growth for generations to come. With a strong background in new and fast-growing companies, she brings vitality and a growth marketing mindset with creative solutions to generating revenue.

Prior to joining Caprock, Jennifer established and led marketing efforts for a variety of businesses including small non-profit services, new resort development, disruptive higher education, and most recently Balsam Brands, a high-growth international eCommerce company. She has a proven ability to develop and implement new ways to reach and relate to consumers by embracing risk and change through careful consideration of data and trends.

Jennifer holds a B.S. in Business Communications and A.A. in Finance from the University of Phoenix. She is also a key executive member in Vistage International and volunteers time supporting local organizations including the Alzheimer’s Association and several youth education programs.
