Three words to describe me: Diligent/ Loyal/ Reliable. I am always the first person my friends call because they know I am always there for them. Night or day, I make sure to take care of the people in my life. I put the same effort into making sure my work is done correctly, and I am always available to help my team members.
When I am not at work, you might find me… Exploring the outdoors with my three dogs and checking out a new place for dinner and a drink. I have a love for experiencing new things and when I can’t travel to fuel this, I love to adventure nearby.
What is something you do that makes you happy? Spending time with family, friends, and my dogs are what bring me the most joy. When I need some alone time I enjoy shopping or cooking up a new recipe.
What is something on your bucket list? I would like to live in Europe sometime throughout my life and fully experience a new culture for at least 2 years.
What is one of your favorite places to visit? I fell in love with Hawaii when visiting for a friends wedding. It was so relaxing! There wasn’t a time when I had any stress or a worry in the world. I love the ocean, animals, and fresh fruit offered on the beautiful island of Maui.
Katya joined the Caprock Client Experience team in January of 2022. Prior to joining Caprock, she worked in the SaaS and Hospitality industry. Her unique experience with startups has allowed her to collaborate with experts in the Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product departments to provide the best customer experience. She takes great pride in her leadership, adaptability, relationship building, and project management skills because they’ve always led her to success. Katya studied at Boise State University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
When she’s not on the job, Katya enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying out new recipes she finds on Pinterest, and indulging her love for seeing new places.
