I was drawn to Caprock for its vision of growth. My focus is across multiple areas, including employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and training. One aspect of my job that I really enjoy is growing our team through recruiting. Finding new team members to assist our clients has been extremely rewarding. Our culture is one of caring for each individual member of our team. Being able to work with a talented group of people that are passionate about serving clients while also helping fellow team members grow and elevate their potential has been incredibly fulfilling.
