I enjoy helping families achieve what matters most to them and find it extremely gratifying to build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.
As the Director of Client Experience, I focus on creating efficient processes and ensuring that our Client Experience team can serve our clients to the best of their ability. Even after nearly two decades of experience in the field, I continue to find enjoyment and purpose in this role.
My favorite part of my job is getting to know the amazing families we serve and working alongside a dynamic team. This role allows me to fulfill my passion for helping others.
