I’ve always enjoyed working with numbers. Early in my career, I spent time analyzing market data and investment returns but it felt like something was missing. Where was the real impact of my work? Was it actually making a difference?
Working directly with clients and fostering deep and meaningful connections provided that missing piece. No two families are the same, and that is one of the biggest challenges and thrills of my role. Caprock understands the need for customized approaches and solutions and has empowered me to do what is in the best interest of the clients, always. Helping to solve problems for my clients, big and small, is a win for the client, but also a win for me as I grow and evolve as an advisor.
Just one example of our impact came from a client who transitioned from another advisory firm to Caprock. We took a fresh look at all aspects of the client’s financial life, including account titling, estate planning, insurance, and investments. Caprock uncovered risks the client wasn’t aware of, then mitigated those risks and upgraded the client’s plan. That is the superior client experience I’m privileged to deliver every day.
