Nicki Northcott

Senior Client Advisor

About

I have over 10 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence. My career began with a strong foundation in investment analysis, but I quickly discovered that the most meaningful work happens at the intersection of strategy and human connection.

I partner closely with clients to understand not only their financial picture, but also their values, priorities, and long‑term goals. No two families are alike, and I take a highly personalized approach, bringing together investment management, estate planning, risk management, and philanthropy to support each client’s full financial life.

One example of this approach came when a client transitioned to Caprock from another advisory firm. By taking a comprehensive, fresh look across all areas of their financial picture, our team identified overlooked risks and implemented thoughtful upgrades that strengthened the client’s long‑term foundation. Delivering this kind of proactive, holistic advice is central to my work and to the client experience I strive to provide every day.

I’m drawn to Caprock for its entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative culture, and disciplined approach to growth. The firm’s emphasis on alignment and intentional decision‑making allows me to work alongside exceptional colleagues while serving clients with care, transparency, and accountability. As Caprock continues to grow, I’m proud to be part of a team committed to helping clients align their wealth with what matters most.
