Roger was originally a part of the Grey Street Capital team that recently joined Caprock. Prior to joining Grey Street Capital, Roger spent three years as Head of Business Development & Investor Relations at Rose Capital, a private equity firm based in Greenwich, CT. While at Rose, Roger led the capital raising efforts for the firm, helping grow their asset base to over $175 million in invested capital.
Before Rose, Roger spent six years in private wealth management as a Business Development Director for The Detroit Group at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and later for the Rowling Group at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. Roger’s primary focus was identifying potential clients and evaluating unique alternative investment opportunities.
Roger began his career as a fixed income trader where he was a Partner and Senior Trader at Endeavor Trading in Chicago. He focused on executing trading strategies within the US Treasury cash and futures market.
