I have always been passionate about technology, figuring out how things work, and helping people. My career began in the customer service industry while I pursued a degree in IT administration. A year after graduating with my associate degree, I started my first IT-focused job and I have enjoyed delving into systems ever since.
My area of focus within IT is System & Network administration with an interest in automation and scripting. In my previous positions, I was the subject matter expert for other techs with scripting questions. I am very excited to be joining the Caprock team to help assist and provide support throughout our organization.
