- Comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage campaigns across SEO, AIO, SEM, programmatic marketing, content marketing, and social media.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., GA4, marketing analytics tools, SEMrush) and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with agencies to manage and optimize paid advertising (Google ads, programmatic ads, social media, etc.).
- Monitor digital trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity to refine strategies.
- Define key performance indicators and provide regular reporting on the performance of digital and email initiatives.
- Oversee list management for leads and prospects, as well as the CRM integration.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging digital and email content.
- Support website optimization efforts, including UX improvements, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, ensuring alignment with tone, voice, and visual standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role.
- Experience with marketing reporting and automation tools is required.
- Experience in SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and web analytics is required.
- Experience with WordPress or HTML.
- Ability to work across teams, strong project management and communication skills.
- Excel and CRM experience.
- Experience in luxury branding or niche audience targeting is a plus but not required.
- Certifications specific to digital marketing, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics, are a plus but not required.
