Prior to joining Caprock, Christa studied at the University of Idaho and received her B.S. in Finance. While at the U of I, Christa completed the Barker Capital Management and Trading Program, where she earned her Trading and Capital Management Certificate.
Thereafter, Christa joined the financial firm of D.A. Davidson as an apprentice advisor. During her time with D.A. Davidson, she gained valuable experience working to help clients with various financial situations. To further her education to aid clients, she obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (TM) certification.
When Christa is not at work, she can be found camping, hiking, and traveling to new places with friends and family.
Background:
What is something most people do not know about you? I have never liked heights. I have tried to conquer this fear by bungee jumping in New Zealand, where bungee jumping first began. Sky diving is next on my list.
What is something you would like to learn? I would love to learn more languages proficiently. While traveling, I try my best to speak the language of the country in which I’m visiting. It has been a great way to meet new people and experience different cultures.
